The Pivotal Team is proud to continue our tradition of giving back through our nonprofit initiative, Pivotal Talent Serves.
We believe it’s important to give back to our community. By combining the strengths of our business with our philanthropy, we can make a positive impact on the important work that nonprofit organizations are engaging in each day. As a demonstration of our commitment to helping nonprofits find their dream candidate, we will donate all profits from these searches back to the organization. The recruiting fee will be significantly reduced compared to the cost of hiring a traditional agency, with cost-savings of 30-50% on average.

Eligibility Requirements
Pivotal Talent Serves welcomes new engagements with eligible organizations year-round. Organizations must meet the following criteria:
- An organization holding a current tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, listed on the IRS Master File and conducting activities within the United States.
- Must not be engaged with another external staffing agency that is providing recruiting assistance.
