Debby has 25+ years of senior leadership experience directing talent acquisition for companies large and small in many industries around the world. She started Pivotal to help businesses by transforming traditional hiring methods with an innovative and cost-saving approach. Debby co-authored two employment books for teens and sits on two boards (WINGS and CASA) for programs supporting women & children.
Jill has 20+ years of HR and recruiting experience from executive searches to high-volume candidate sourcing. She’s resourceful and excels at projects with strict deadlines, challenging markets, and critical roles. Elizabeth specializes in building pipelines of top talent quickly through cold-call networking and social media talent acquisition. She has previous experience recruiting global retail management for Tory Burch as well as experience working for Grainger – where she was inducted into Grainger’s President’s Club for being a member of the top 1% of the 3,000+ corporate sales force.
Amanda is an industry expert with over 14 years of experience and a proven ability to foster relationships with candidates and clients. She provides exceptional professional service, absolute confidentiality & strong ethical values in her work. Comfortable filling both high-volume positions and senior level executive openings, Amanda brings her passion and dedication to every search.
Amy is a results-oriented recruiter with 10+ years in the professional match-making space. Her recruiting experience spans a variety of industries and includes high-volume and specialized sourcing in both the corporate and staffing environment. She is passionate about innovation in the recruitment industry, building relationships/partnerships, and optimizing the candidate experience.
Annette has 20+ years of recruiting experience and has successfully filled hundreds of roles for a myriad of skill-sets. She loves a challenge, leveraging her extensive network to find the “purple unicorns,” and is passionate about candidate experience and integrity in recruiting. She’s an expert behavioral interviewer with a history of consultative partnership with hiring managers and candidates.
Kirstin has over 25 years of HR, recruiting, and management experience specializing in retail store management, multi-store management, and corporate store operations. She has previously recruited for and led talent acquisition across the country and Canada for Gap Inc, Nike, and Ascena Retail Group. She is passionate about candidate experience and is known for building and cultivating authentic relationships.
Jen has 5 years of recruiting experience working in multiple industries such as the power, construction, engineering, architecture, insurance, and retail industries. Her favorite part about recruiting is matching the perfect candidate with the perfect job and bettering someone’s career and quality of life with a new position. Kristie has 10+ years of experience in corporate and agency recruitment around the world and in multiple industries. She has been very successful in high volume recruiting and executive level placements and is known to immerse herself into an industry to find that “rainbow unicorn”. She has invested in building a network of solid relationships that serves as a basis for her ongoing success. Kristie is passionate about the candidate experience, confidentiality and creating strong partnerships with clients. Bill manages Pivotal’s business and financial operations. He is a former Air Force pilot with extensive experience in both management and consulting – including executive roles for companies like Pfizer, GIV, AchieveGlobal and Oakwood Equities. Bill uses his skill and experience to support Pivotal’s growth and keep things running smoothly.
Marco creates a sense of safety and security everywhere he goes. He is a pivotal part of our success and values a good nap after chasing local wildlife off the corporate campus.
