Debby founded Pivotal Talent Search in April of 2017 and Bill became her partner in life and business later that year. Debby’s vision is a revolutionary hiring method that offers an innovative and cost-saving approach to their clients. Debby has 25+ years of senior leadership experience directing talent acquisition teams for well-known companies. She was recognized as an Enterprising Woman of the Year in 2020 by Enterprising Women Magazine. With a passion for philanthropy, Debby sits on the boards of Wings Program, Inc. and Enterprising Women.
Bill is an Air Force Academy Graduate and former Air Force pilot. His post-military career includes positions in executive leadership and management consulting with over 30 different Fortune 1000 organizations. Since joining Debby in leading Pivotal, he has managed and developed their business operations to support a growing multimillion dollar company. In addition, Bill leads Pivotal’s HR consulting practice, is a SHRM-SCP and a Compensation Metrics Certification Manager.
Together they lead a team of experienced and highly successful recruiting professionals. The fusion of their experience and passion, along with the hard work of the entire team, has made Pivotal a disruptive force in the recruiting and staffing industry.
